The Director of Activities is responsible to plan, organize, and implement a program of therapeutic activities designed to meet the social, spiritual, intellectual, emotional, educational and physical needs and interest of residents in accordance with the comprehensive resident care plan.
Director of Activities Qualifications Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred Must have or be willing to obtain Activity Director course certification Previous management experience preferred Program, event planning, and supervision skills Upbeat, communicative, and empathic disposition Strong interpersonal skills Must be creative and have the ability to multitask Proficient in Microsoft Office Director of Activities Benefits Medical Dental Vision 401K Paid holidays Paid time off Job Type:
